We want you to be totally satisfied with your shopping experience at The Organic Source. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow these guidelines.
Our policy covers purchases within the last 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Only one opened package of any product can be returned. All others of the same product must be in the same factory sealed container to be eligible for a refund.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Gifts and Gift Cards
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Step 1. Contact Customer Service by e-mail and provide a phone number whereby you may be reached during business hours. Orders must have been made within the 30 day period. Customer Service will provide you with a return authorization number and send you a return shipping label by e-mail.
Step 2. Please write your return authorization number on your return shipping label and include the original packing slip with your returned items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
On approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, minus shipping charges.
